AIVisib ("we", "us"), a product operated by Norstrol LLC, helps businesses and agencies measure how AI assistants describe and recommend their brand. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. By using AIVisib you agree to it.
To measure your visibility, AIVisib sends your monitored questions to third-party AI services (such as OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic) through their official interfaces. These questions are public-style queries about your market; we do not send your personal data with them. Each provider processes them under its own terms.
We share data only with the service providers who make AIVisib work (hosting, AI providers, payment processing, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us — we will do so within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and restricted internal access.
You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EU, UK, or a region with similar laws (including GDPR), those rights apply to you and you may also lodge a complaint with your local authority.
We use only the cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. If we later add analytics, we will ask for your consent first.
