These Terms govern your use of AIVisib, a service operated by Norstrol LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using AIVisib, you accept these Terms.
AIVisib measures how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity and Claude) respond to questions relevant to your market, and reports how often your brand and your competitors are mentioned. Features and covered engines may evolve over time.
AI answers are generated by third-party systems and change constantly. We report what those systems actually returned at the time of measurement.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You may cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Founding-member pricing, where offered, remains valid for as long as the subscription stays active.
AIVisib depends on third-party AI providers and infrastructure. We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, pricing changes, or modifications to their models, which may affect coverage or results.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or that put the service at risk.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or business decisions made on the basis of our reports. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date; continued use means you accept them.
